This is Carver’s surf & skate hybrid truck. Released early in 2018, the C5 is Carver’s lightweight RKP (Reverse King Pin) skate truck. It still has the patented geometry that creates the surfboard performance and tight Carver turns of the CX.4 truck but now this C5 system (C5 & C4) allows you to perform tricks, ride fakie all with more stability! Carver have designed this truck specifically for trick skating and skateparks, the narrower axle, lower profile hanger and reverse kingpin make for a lighter and more stable truck. This opens up aerial manoeuvres just like the aerials seen in modern surfing.
